A prowler was seen in the Tarrytown neighborhood in Austin, Texas. He was spotted rapping on windows and jumping a fence. I am not sure if he gained entry into anyone's home. Wouldn't it be cool if all neighborhoods had websites so crime reports could be posted?

This Saturday I will attend the Hays County Democratic Convention. I haven't attended one in about 8 years, so I am looking forward to it. Hays County is now heavily Republican and it is difficult to win a county wide election as a Democrat. As the area grows in population, the influx of Republicans has grown and keeps growing. At this convention, Democrats will have to strategize to increase our influence.

Years ago, I blogged, albeit primitively, through a co-worker's website. I submitted blog style essays for publishing at Bob's website and if they met with approval, my thougths made it to the web. Now, thanks to blogger, I am my own publisher. Watch out for me!
